1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Project Research LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the developer of ClusterCollie AI (the "Software"), collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with the Software and this website. ClusterCollie AI is designed to run locally on infrastructure you control; our default architecture does not require sending your cluster telemetry to Project Research LLC servers.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Website usage data: standard server logs, IP address, browser type, and pages visited when you use this website.
  • Contact form data: name, email address, and message content submitted voluntarily via the Contact page.
  • Software diagnostics (opt-in only): if you explicitly enable diagnostic reporting within the Software, anonymized error logs and version information may be transmitted to help us fix bugs.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used to operate and improve this website, respond to inquiries, provide technical support, and, where diagnostics are opted into, improve the reliability of the Software. We do not sell personal information.

4. Nutanix Cluster Data

ClusterCollie AI is architected to process Nutanix Prism Central data locally, on infrastructure you control. Cluster metrics, credentials, and forecasts generated by the Software are not transmitted to Project Research LLC by default. You are responsible for securing your own Prism Central API credentials and for complying with your organization's data handling policies when configuring the Software.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share personal information with third parties except: (a) with service providers who help operate this website under confidentiality obligations, (b) to comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or court order, or (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Project Research LLC, our users, or the public.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and comply with legal or recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

This website and Software are intended for professional infrastructure and IT use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
